What I deliver remotely, fast and traceable:
- Quantity takeoffs from PDF/DWG: structural steel (members, lengths, weights), rebar and mesh, concrete volumes, formwork, masonry, finishes. Excel summary + marked-up PDF so every number can be traced.
- BOQ / bills of quantities and estimates: quantities, units, descriptions and unit-rate checks; BOQ review to catch duplicates, unit errors and scope gaps.
- Structural design and checks: RC, steel and timber elements, foundations (pads, strips, rafts), retaining walls; calculation notes and guide drawings to Eurocodes, BAEL or ACI/AISC.
- Review of calculation notes and drawings: loads, load paths, stability, supports and key assumptions, with a short list of issues and proposed fixes.
- Revit structural models, quantities from the model, and Python scripts (Revit and Robot APIs, Excel) to automate takeoffs and checks.
- Technical writing and translation FR/EN.

Recent project experience:
- Shopping and leisure centre, Abidjan (36,000 m²): structural design and tender documents for a 7-package contract, bid analysis.
- Multi-storey car park, G+12 with 3 basements: optimised raft foundation as an alternative to piles.
- Hotel, Abidjan: post-tensioned flat slab, basements, raft; estimate reduced through unit-rate recalibration and design optimisation.
- France: tender and construction drawings for G+6 to G+9 RC housing, steel elevator towers, timber-frame houses, an RC dock.
- Morocco: RC and steel design, stability checks of industrial steel frames, strengthening of an RC floor, retaining walls.

Tools: Robot, ETABS, SAFE, CYPECAD, Arche, Revit, AutoCAD, Advance Steel, Excel, Python. Standards: Eurocodes, BAEL, ACI, AISC, ASCE.
