Sample deliverables: steel takeoff and RC beam calculation note

What you receive, shown on a demo case (not a client job). 1. Steel quantity takeoff: one line per member mark with section, unit weight, count, length, total weight and drawing reference, plus a connection allowance. Delivered as Excel with a marked-up PDF so every quantity can be traced. 2. RC beam calculation note to EN 1992-1-1: data, load combination, bending, minimum steel, shear links and SLS checks, each formula with its clause. Result: 4 HA20 bottom, HA8 links at 30 cm. The same format is used for rebar takeoffs, BOQs and checks to ACI/AISC or BAEL. Calculation notes support your engineer of record; I do not stamp as a PE/SE.
