Selected projects from 8 years of structural engineering, design management and cost control (Eurocodes). 1. Shopping and leisure centre, Abidjan, 36,000 m2: RC frame with rooftop car park; design, 7-package tender documents and bid analysis. 2. Multi-storey car park, G+12 with 3 basements: raft foundation designed as an alternative to piles. 3. Hotel, Abidjan: post-tensioned flat slabs, basements on a raft; design review and BOQ, estimate reduced through unit-rate checks and design optimisation. 4. France and Morocco: RC housing G+6 to G+9, steel elevator towers, timber-frame houses, stability checks of industrial steel frames; Revit models, rebar and quantities.
