I’m a 27-year-old CAD & Fabrication Technician based in Kilmarnock, Scotland. Currently, I work with Fabtech Scotland Ltd, an established UK manufacturing firm with over 30 years of expertise specializing in bespoke fabrications and components for the UK bus industry.

As the sole 3D CAD specialist at the company, I led our transition into 3D design—building modern parametric assemblies directly from existing laser-cutting CAM files, flat DXF/DWG patterns, and finished physical parts. I also authored and produced the company’s first-ever comprehensive parts catalog in its 30-year history.

I’m passionate about expanding my technical skills, tackling complex mechanical challenges, and collaborating with hardware startups, inventors, and fabrication shops.
