I have a good command of CAD tools likes Solid Works 2018, Inventor, Auto CAD, and one Analytical Software ANSYS for design analysis and optimization. I have 7 Year experience in Heavy Machinery built-up industries. I was work on CAD TOOL last 12 Years.
I am looking for product development on the mechanical engineering side. I am involved in Laser Cutting Machine Bed Structure design.
I have been done a Ph.D. course in Mechanical Engineering specializing in structural Engineering.
Supplier sourcing:
- Products research and sourcing
- Manufacturers verification and Inspection
- Negotiation of price, MOQ, lead time, payment term, etc
- Samples collection, inspection, consolidation, and shipping
- Products purchasing assistance
- Targeted supplier or manufacturer sourcing
- Cold Calling for evolution & Email Communication
- Factory visiting, Inspection, interact closely with suppliers to resolve production issues
I have done different project like:
1. Heavy Machine Design like Laser Cutting Machine , CNC Router Machine and Deep Hole Boring Machine etc.
2. SPM (Special Purpose Machine) like Laser Marking Machine for different application, Low Power CO2 Machine, Lasik Machine, Foil Cutting Machine, Printing Machine, etc.
3. Reverse Engineering different component used in medical, pharmaceutical and amusement park's ride like Giant Wheel, Ranger Ride, Swing Ride etc.
4. Calculation base design for structure for machine, static and dynamic component etc.
5. Teaching CAD tool like Solidworks with different capabilities base on foundation and advanced for design engineer and students.
6. Technical support for student project who are in Bachlor of Engineering and Master of Engineering.
7. Expertise in new product development as per design concept for specific application through standard design procedure and physibility by using analysis and optimization each and every component as per engineering sense.
8. Technical research paper and thesis writing for PhD Scholer.
9. Support for manufacturing different kind of component as per your drawing as per machining process concern.
