About

My journey into engineering and technology began during my Advanced Level studies (2017–2019), where I studied Engineering Technology, Science for Technology, and Information & Communication Technology. This foundation sparked my interest in developing practical engineering solutions and led me into the field of industrial automation.

In 2020, I began my professional career with a startup specializing in industrial machine development within the industrial automation sector. Over the following six years, I worked as an Automation System & Machine Development Technician, providing end-to-end engineering and technical support—from concept development and machine design through manufacturing, commissioning, and maintenance.

During this time, I contributed to the development of machinery and automation solutions serving multiple industries, including :

Working across mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and automation systems has given me a strong ability to approach machine-development challenges from an integrated, end-to-end perspective. I enjoy transforming concepts and real-world production requirements into practical, reliable, and manufacturable automation solutions.

After six years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and machine development, I have taken the next step into entrepreneurship. I founded LKV Industrial Automation Solutions, providing industrial automation and machine-development solutions to local clients while also undertaking freelance projects for international clients.

I am passionate about engineering innovation, automation, machine development, and solving complex industrial problems through practical technology-driven solutions.

• 2nd Project: 8-Station Robotic Helmet Spray Painting Machine.
• 3rd Project: Semi-Automatic Brass Dop Stick Lathe Machine.
• 4th Project: Semi-Automatic Rough Gemstone Round Calibration Machine.
• 5th Project: Gemstone Groove Cutting Machine.
• 6th Project: Semi-Automatic Gemstone Square Calibration Machine.
• 7th Project: 20-Station Injection Molding Machine Restoration.

All these projects are technical designs created based on customer needs, and my contributions to them include (3D CAD Modeling, 2D mechanical & electrical drawing, Consulting for mechanical manufacturing, Mechanical assembly, Control panel fabrication, PLC programming, HMI designing, SCADA development, Pneumatic circuit design & development, Hydraulic circuit troubleshooting, Final production inspection & maintenance)

Furthermore, all these projects are team-based tasks with the collaboration of various stakeholders within the industries, namely, Employees, Operators, Technicians, Supervisors, Engineers, Managers & Owners.
Actively and collaboratively engaged with the project at all stages from the time the problem was presented to the final product testing.

Education

Government School G.E.C. Advance Level, Engineering Technology , Science For Technology , Information & Communication Technology, B 2017 – 2019 Activities and Societies: 1) Between 2011 and 2015, I played as an off-spin bowler for my school cricket team’s Under-13 and Under-15 'A' squads. During this period, I participated in 18 matches across three tournaments, taking 56 wickets, securing 4 catches, and effecting 7 run-outs of opposing batsmen. 2) Between 2012 and 2014, I was a member of the school's Goju-ryu Karate team. During this period, I sat for six grading examinations and advanced to the first level of the 'Brown Belt' rank. Having a keen interest in 'kata' practice, I served as the team leader as well as an instructor for 'kata' techniques.

Other experience

Sound Engineer I possess extensive experience in operating software for mixing and mastering using Cubase and Ableton. Additionally, I have provided technical support to friends and associates, assisting them in the setup of their own music studios.
Video editing Using CapCut to meticulously plan and showcase the entire process—from the design of industrial machinery to its production and operation—is another recurring activity within my technical scope of work.
