What I do:
- Scan-to-BIM: converting client-supplied point clouds (E57, RCP/RCS, LAS) into precise Revit models, LOD 200-400
- Revit parametric modeling: architectural, structural and MEP, including custom families and templates
- As-built and existing-condition documentation: plans, sections, elevations and details
- CAD drafting and documentation in AutoCAD
- Point cloud processing, registration clean-up and segmentation
- MEP coordination and clash detection in Navisworks
- Facade and construction detailing
- Revit automation with Dynamo and pyRevit to speed up delivery

How I work: clear scope and LOD agreed up front, regular progress updates, QA checks against the point cloud before delivery, and files delivered to your standards and templates. I use AI-assisted workflows to keep turnaround fast without compromising accuracy. For large or time-critical projects, I have an experienced production team available as backup capacity.

Note: I work from client-provided scan data; I don't provide on-site laser scanning.
