• UMT Lahore Wide-Span Steel Truss Roof (23,500 sq ft) UMT · Full-time Dec 2025 – Aug 2026 8 mos Lahore, Pakistan Engineering, fabrication, and installation of a wide-span steel truss roof system for UMT Lahore. Designed to achieve maximum structural efficiency and clear interior spans, the project demonstrates ZAES’s capability in long-span steel design, precision fabrication, and site execution for institutional buildings.
• DHA Mall & Mosque DHA · Full-time Aug 2018 – Aug 2026 8 yrs Multan, Pakistan ZAES was hired for vetting of structure and MEP design for a 550,000 sq ft mall including a community centre, 50 shops, food court, three cinemas, and a 17,000 sq ft mosque. Special HVAC and efficient firefighting solutions were designed for the complex.
• Multi-Storey Steel Building, G+3 (125,000 sq ft) ZAES · Full-time Jun 2025 – Jul 2026 1 yrs 1 mos Islamabad, Pakistan Design and build of a multi-storey steel building covering approximately 125,000 sq ft. The system pushes conventional construction limits, enabling rapid erection, minimized site time, and maximum structural strength. ZAES provided integrated design, fabrication, and installation for large-scale steel construction.
• Scandinavian Embassy Residences Scandinavian · Full-time Jun 2018 – Jan 2025 6 yrs 7 mos Islamabad, Pakistan Awarded through a design competition, the project includes complete site and landscape design, a 5-storey residential apartment building, three residences, swimming pool, gym, and facilities. Special security and privacy measures include bulletproof windows, RCC perimeter walls, and international code-compliant emergency exits.
• Flat slab structure Ahmed Business Centre · Full-time Mar 2021 – Nov 2022 1 yrs 8 mos Islamabad, Pakistan Flat slab structural system coupled with peripheral beams to give maximum clear height for tenants. The structure has a central core serving as vertical circulation and providing stability, optimizing rentable space and structural performance.
