My career began on the shop floor, working with steel, machinery, welding and assembly. I bring over 17 years of combined experience in metalworking, construction and project work to my engineering practice. That background helps me develop designs that are practical to manufacture, assemble and maintain.
I work with SolidWorks and Siemens NX on mechanical parts, tooling, machinery, agricultural equipment, sheet metal and welded structures. My deliverables include parametric 3D models and assemblies, manufacturing drawings, fabrication documentation, Bills of Materials and revision updates. I consider materials, tolerances, GD&T, DFM and DFA throughout the design process.
Alongside CAD, I support technical project coordination, planning, purchasing and communication with production partners. My experience includes agricultural trailer design at Record BV and tooling/CAD design for Samsonite Europe through A.C.E Developments & Engineering NV.
