• Specialist Draughtsman and BIM modeler Red sea global · Full-time Aug 2026 – Aug 2026 0 mos Umluj Saudi Arabia I had been based in Saudi Arabia, working as a Specialist Engineering CAD Draughtsman & BIM Modeler with Red Sea Global on the C3 Landscape Project (Shura Island HE3/HE4 and Turtle Bay School). In this role, I produce shop drawings, IFC drawings, construction drawings, and red-line/as-built documentation, and develop 3D BIM models in Revit at LOD 400. I regularly manage shared coordinates, topographic surfaces, cut-and-fill analysis, and Land XML/DWG/IFC/NWC data exchange within a Common Data Environment, and prepare Work Inspection Requests in coordination with design, engineering, and site teams.
