  (SPMs) for industrial automation clients, working within tight spatial and structural constraints — planning skills that carry over well to HVAC equipment layout and routing. Designed and analyzed work-holding devices, fixtures, conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and structural supports,
  factoring in load capacity, safety, ergonomics, manufacturability, and cost. Carried out end-to-end mechanical design activities: engineering calculations, 2D drafting, 3D CAD modeling, and design validation — the same drafting and documentation workflow used for HVAC layout drawings and equipment schedules. Worked on automation-oriented projects including automated sheet-metal handling, automatic material filling systems, and spare part lift/assembly units, gaining exposure to selective automation and cycle-time/productivity improvement.
