I’m a Mechanical Engineer specializing in mechanical CAD design, 3D modeling, technical drawings, manufacturing-oriented design and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
My approach goes beyond simply creating a 3D model. With an engineering background and hands-on experience in production methods and industrial environments, I design with the complete manufacturing process in mind — from concept and modeling to technical documentation, fabrication and assembly.

Engineering + Manufacturing Perspective
My professional experience in production methods has given me practical exposure to production planning, manufacturing processes, material flow, process optimization, ERP systems and coordination between production, maintenance, quality and other industrial functions.
This allows me to approach CAD projects from three perspectives:
Engineering → CAD → Manufacturing
I focus on creating designs that are not only accurate and well-structured, but also practical to manufacture, assemble and use.
Selected Projects
Rocker-Bogie Rover
Designed a mechanical rover assembly using SolidWorks, supported by ANSYS structural analysis and KeyShot visualization. The project also incorporated Arduino control and an Android-based remote-control interface.
ISS Airlock Structural Analysis
Developed a simplified structural model in ANSYS, including stiffened and non-stiffened configurations, symmetry modeling, inertial launch loading, modal analysis, linear and quadratic elements, and mesh-convergence analysis.
Industrial Mechanical / Sheet-Metal Design
Worked on mechanical structures and industrial equipment concepts involving galvanized sheet metal, inspection covers, assemblies and manufacturing considerations.
