HVAC/MEP professional with over 35 years' experience delivering building services projects across aviation, healthcare, education, pharmaceutical, nuclear, and MOD sectors. I combine strong technical grounding in AutoCAD (including Fabrication/CADmep) and Revit MEP with genuine commercial and project management experience, having spent over 20 years as owner-director of a specialist HVAC contracting business.
I'm equally comfortable producing coordinated MEP models and fabrication drawings as I am managing a project from client brief to completion — including budgeting, clash detection, multi-discipline BIM coordination, and client/contractor relationship management.
Since 2022 I've worked as a freelance MEP modeller, producing coordinated models and drawings for specialist laboratory and complex high-density projects, integrating quickly into new project teams and delivering clash-free designs.
