● Over 25 years of experience in industrial maintenance engineering, progressing from supervisor to maintenance manager/assistant manager.
● Field experience at two mining operations: Veladero Mine (Barrick Gold, San Juan) and the Salar del Hombre Muerto project (Livent, Catamarca), leading electromechanical and metallurgical crews of up to 20 people.
● Execution and supervision of general and annual plant shutdowns and overhauls of critical equipment (compressors, boilers, turbogenerators, generator sets, cogeneration units, turbocompressors).
● Predictive and preventive maintenance: inspection plans, equipment criticality assessment, critical lubrication and maintenance routes, root cause analysis (RCA), and monitoring of reliability indicators.
● Weekly and monthly work planning using SAP PM; management of start-up (PEM), commissioning (COM), and pre-commissioning (PRECOM) procedures.
● Heavy equipment fleet management: plant fleet including heavy machinery (Volvo, Komatsu, John Deere, Michigan, CASE, Deutz Fahr), forklifts (Hyster, Toyota), and agricultural machinery (Deutz, Fiat).
● Leadership and supervision of maintenance teams of up to 34 people daily; management of monthly/annual budgets and CAPEX.
● Technical certifications in non-destructive testing—Liquid Penetrant Level II (ASNT)—and vibration analysis (SEMAPI), as well as industrial health and safety.
● Management systems: SAP PM, BPM, 5S, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001.
