About
A CAD model is only useful when it solves the problem behind it.
That means the dimensions need to make sense, parts need to fit together, assemblies need to work as intended, and the final files need to be usable by the person manufacturing the product. That is the approach I bring to mechanical CAD and product design.
I work with startups, inventors, manufacturers, engineers, and product teams to develop mechanical components and products from the earliest concept through detailed manufacturing documentation. You can start with a hand sketch, photo, PDF, existing part, rough idea, or incomplete CAD file. I can turn that information into a structured and editable design while considering how the product will actually be made.
My work includes 3D CAD modeling, mechanical design, assemblies, 2D drawings, reverse engineering, sheet metal, product development, manufacturing drawings, DFM, BOMs, and technical documentation. I can also prepare files for CNC machining, laser cutting, injection molding, fabrication, and 3D printing.

I also pay attention to the details that are easy to overlook during modeling—dimensions, tolerances, interfaces, fit, assembly relationships, manufacturability, and how the final design will be interpreted on the production floor.
For reverse engineering projects, I can work from existing physical parts, reference images, measurements, or available documentation and rebuild them as usable CAD models and manufacturing drawings.
For new products, I can help develop the design from concept through a more refined, production-ready stage rather than simply creating a model that looks correct on screen.
