About
Hands-on CAD/CAM programmer with 15 years of manufacturing experience, specializing in custom cabinetry, 3D modeling, and practical CNC routing. Because I work directly on the shop floor cutting material and running code, I design with real-world assembly and machine constraints in mind.
Core Background & Highlights:
Custom Cabinetry & Millwork: Extensive experience programming complex commercial and architectural casework, including reception desks and break rooms for automotive flagships (Tesla, Ford, Cadillac) and medical offices. Skilled in parametric programming using conditionals and loops to streamline nested sheet fabrication.
Defense Part Fixturing: Designed and 3D-printed a custom holding fixture for a mission-critical defense contractor component, successfully maintaining tight tolerances during production.
Automotive Manufacturing: Hands-on experience fabricating and programming parts across the automotive supplier sector (supporting platforms for Ford, GM, Dodge, and Honda).
Precision & Verification: Comfortable working from architectural blueprints, taking field measurements, and verifying critical tolerances using calipers and micrometers
