Location: Sajawal, Pakistan | Purpose: Data Collection & System Evaluation
• Conducted a comprehensive site survey at the Sajawal Gas Processing Facility operated by Mari Petroleum, aimed at supporting process evaluation and system adequacy verification.
• Collected detailed process data and operating parameters from major facility units, including the Gas Dehydration Unit (GDU), Acid Gas Separation Unit (ASU), Hydrocarbon Dew Pointing Unit (HCDPU), and Raw Gas Compression System.
• Gathered critical flare system information including flow paths, operating pressures, and control schemes to assess compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Extracted geometrical and physical configuration data for key process equipment and piping, facilitating accurate simulation and hydraulic modeling in Aspen HYSYS.
• Engaged with on-site operations and engineering teams to validate system behavior and collect insights for simulation model refinement and performance improvement.
