University of Stellenbosch B.A Fine Art & Design, Jewellery Design and Manufacture 2012 – 2016 Activities and Societies: Maties Equestrian Club Yoga and Philosophy society Comprehensive degree-level training in jewellery design, manufacturing, and materials, combining creative design development with extensive practical workshop experience. The course included GIA gemmology training, covering gemstone identification, grading principles, properties, and evaluation.

Extensive benchwork developed hands-on proficiency across traditional jewellery manufacturing techniques, including soldering, fabrication, casting, finishing, polishing, stone setting, and repair, with practical experience working with precious metals and gemstones. The programme provided a strong foundation in both the creative and technical aspects of professional jewellery production.
