I am an architect and BIM specialist experienced in developing accurate, well-organized Revit models and technical architectural documentation.

My main services include:

• Scan-to-BIM and point cloud to Revit modeling
• Existing-condition and as-built models
• Conversion of PDF, DWG and sketches into Revit models
• Architectural plans, sections, elevations and schedules
• Parametric Revit doors, windows and other architectural families
• BIM coordination

I work with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and ReCap and can deliver organized RVT, RFA, DWG, IFC and PDF files according to an agreed template, level of detail and modeling tolerance.

Before starting, I review the available source files and clarify the required Revit version, scope, LOD, accuracy, family standards and final deliverables. I work independently, communicate clearly and organize each project around realistic, agreed deadlines.
