I specialize in turning product ideas, sketches, existing designs, and real-world problems into functional CAD and physical prototypes.
My approach combines digital design with hands-on fabrication. I design parts around how they actually need to fit, assemble, print, and function — not just how they look on screen.
I work in Fusion 360 and regularly take designs directly from CAD into FDM prototypes for fitment testing, assembly, and iterative revision.
I can help with product development, existing Fusion 360 modifications, mechanical parts and assemblies, brackets and mounts, electronics enclosures, component packaging, functional 3D-printable parts, STL/STEP redesign, reverse engineering, and prototype development.
I’m comfortable with both quick-turn modifications and larger product-development projects. If you already have a CAD model that needs changes, send the file and tell me what needs to change. If you only have a sketch, measurements, photos, or an idea, that’s enough to get started.
