- Graduation Project – Programmable Fatigue Testing Machine Modern University for Technology & Information (MTI) · Internship Dec 2025 – Jun 2026 6 mos Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt Designed and developed a programmable rotating-bending fatigue testing machine as part of a graduation project. Created 3D parts, assemblies, and technical drawings using SolidWorks, and performed finite element analysis to evaluate stress, displacement, strain, and factor of safety. Contributed to component selection, manufacturing, assembly, testing, cycle counting, and the sensor-based automatic stopping system after specimen failure.
- Academic Project – Helical Gravity Energy Storage System Modern University for Technology & Information (MTI) · Internship Feb 2025 – Jun 2026 1 yrs 4 mos Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt Collaborated on the design and development of a helical gravity energy storage prototype that converts the potential energy of a moving cart into electrical energy. The project included designing the mechanical structure and cart using SolidWorks, developing a conveyor and elevator return mechanism, and integrating DC motors, sensors, limit switches, a microcontroller, and an energy storage circuit. MATLAB/Simulink was used to model system motion and analyze potential, kinetic, and generated electrical energy. The completed prototype demonstrated automated motion control and energy harvesting.
- Academic Project – Subsea Energy Gravity Storage System Modern University for Technology & Information (MTI) · Internship Sep 2025 – Dec 2025 3 mos Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt Collaborated on the design and implementation of an automated subsea gravity energy storage prototype integrating mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.
