A mechanical modeling project developed from a technical drawing. The drawing's dimensions and specifications were interpreted to design each component of a ball ejector individually, followed by the complete assembly in SolidWorks.
Finally, SolidWorks Motion Study was used to animate the mechanism and visually represent the assembly's movement and operation. -
3D Modeling & Assembly of an Automotive Transmission
This project involved the reverse engineering and 3D modeling of a section of an automotive transmission. Precise measurements of the physical transmission were taken using calipers, using actual dimensions and geometries as a reference to subsequently model each component individually in SolidWorks.
Once the parts were developed, the complete assembly was created, verifying the proper relationships and functionality among the components. Finally, SolidWorks Motion Study was used to animate and visualize the mechanism's movement, simulating its operation.
