I'm a Mechatronics Engineering professional with hands-on experience in mechanical design, product development, and simulation using SolidWorks and ANSYS. As a Design Intern at Rapidev Pvt. Ltd., I engineered ceiling fan assemblies, a remote controller enclosure, structural components for a smog tower air-filtration system, and housings for drone jamming systems — taking each from concept through manufacturable CAD.

Ltd., I worked as a SolidWorks design engineer on a range of mechanical and electromechanical product development projects, taking designs from concept through detailed, manufacturable CAD models.

Key projects included:

Ceiling Fan Assemblies – Designed complete fan assemblies including blade geometry, motor housing, and mounting components, ensuring proper fit, tolerancing, and manufacturability for production.
Fan Remote Controller Enclosure – Modeled an ergonomic, injection-molding-ready enclosure for a fan remote control, balancing aesthetics, button placement, and internal component clearance.
