I'm a mechanical engineering student (4th year, University of Georgia, B.S. expected May 2027) with hands-on experience designing and reverse-engineering hardware for defense and tactical equipment manufacturers. My core work is taking physical parts with no existing documentation — measured by hand, no 3D scanner — and producing accurate, manufacturing-ready CAD from them, along with original component design built for injection molding, CNC, and additive manufacturing from the ground up.

I've completed 12+ CAD projects for a defense hardware manufacturer, including original component design and reverse-engineering work, and built a tutoring track record teaching CAD and engineering physics to other students.

I'm not yet a licensed engineer or degree-holder — I'm upfront about that — but the deliverable speaks for itself: accurate, dimensionally sound, manufacturing-ready files, delivered on time. Happy to start with a smaller project if you want to see the work before committing to something larger.
