Civil & Structural Design Engineer (Trainee)
In my current role, I prepare and revise structural and civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD and ZWCAD while supporting the design of industrial infrastructure projects. My responsibilities include developing detailed construction drawings, converting engineering concepts into accurate CAD documentation, and incorporating design revisions based on project requirements.
I perform structural design calculations for reinforced concrete foundations, transformer yards, pedestals, oil soak pits, retaining structures, and related civil works using Indian Standards. I also develop and analyze structural models in STAAD Pro, verify design results, prepare engineering calculation reports, and coordinate drawing updates with design changes.
Additionally, I prepare engineering documentation, optimize CAD workflows, and ensure that all drawings and calculations comply with project specifications and applicable design codes.
