*Applied honeycomb and hollow structures to reduce weight while maintaining strength and aesthetics

*Developed the design independently from concept to prototype

*Manufactured the prototype using DLP 3D printing with tolerances as low as 0.05mm

*Collaborated with scientists and engineers to validate design feasibility and clinical usability
