I am a Mechanical Design and Simulation Engineer with over 10 years of engineering experience across product development, manufacturing, maintenance, and industrial research. I specialise in CAD design, FEA simulation, reverse engineering, design optimisation, and engineering problem-solving.

My experience includes delivering a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project between the University of Hertfordshire and C4 Carbides Ltd, where I applied SolidWorks and ANSYS (LS-DYNA, Discovery, OptiSLang and LS-PrePost) to optimise manufacturing processes, reduce development costs, and support new product innovation. I have also worked in high-volume manufacturing, leading maintenance improvement initiatives, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement projects.

I hold a First-Class Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering (Design & Production), and an MSc with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering with Advanced Practice. I am also PRINCE2® 7 Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
