About

I am a Mechanical Engineering Technologist with over 16 years of experience across automotive, marine, defence and manufacturing projects.

I help clients turn concepts, sketches, existing parts and incomplete designs into clear, manufacturable engineering packages.

My services include:

from concept to production.
* Review and approve manufacturing data, including drawings, BOMs and

Other experience

Personal Mechanical Design and Development Projects I develop personal mechanical projects from concept through to manufacture and testing. This includes creating CAD models, preparing drawings and production files, working with suppliers and checking the finished parts during assembly.

I also use 3D scan data, physical measurements and basic analysis tools to reverse engineer existing components, check fitment and evaluate geometry or movement before manufacture.
