- CAD-Designer VR Dichtungen GmbH · Full-time Aug 2023 – Jan 2025 1 yrs 5 mos Germany During my time at VR Dichtungen GmbH, I designed custom machinery and automated equipment for rubber/seal production, alongside end-to-end development of customer-specific radial shaft seals. I delivered manufacturing-ready CAD (Inventor), drawings, and BOMs, and collaborated closely with manufacturing and external toolmakers from prototype to series readiness. I also designed and built seal test rigs to monitor leakage, wear, friction torque, and energy losses, using test results to optimize geometry and tooling.
