Developed a complete production process for custom orthoses using 3D scanning and 3D printing, without
relying on commercial specialized software - using only Fusion 360 + Blender/Meshmixer.
Designed and manufactured 3 pairs of custom orthoses of various types; collaborated with an orthopedic
technician to prepare them for clinical use.
Launched production of orthopedic insoles for 5 types of specialized orthopedic footwear (“Aurelka”);
developed base insole templates for each shoe type across sizes 16–48 EU.
In close collaboration with an orthopedic technician, gained hands-on experience in designing corrective and
proprioceptive insoles using specialized software (EasyCAD); produced 200+ custom pairs of insoles.
Handled technical troubleshooting and communication with EasyCAD developers, identifying, documenting, and
reporting software bugs and limitations. -
