I’m a licensed architect with Metamechanics, bringing over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial building design across AZ, CT, FL, NJ, NY, PA, TX and other U.S. states.

My work focuses on producing clear, code-compliant drawing sets using AutoCAD and Chief Architect software. I also create 3D models and visualizations using 3ds Max, Lumion, and V-Ray to support design presentations and animations.

Working with a team of licensed structural, civil, and MEP engineers, I help deliver full permit packages through RTI, including:
* Architectural and civil plans
* Structural design and calculations
* Civil plans and calculations
* MEP (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) drawings
* Title 24 documentation and engineer stamps (available in several states)

I’m familiar with a variety of architectural styles and local code requirements, and I approach each project with smooth path from concept to submission. Ready to start immediately.
