About
I deliver jewelry CAD files that work the first time — no surprises at the workshop.
Over 1,500 production-ready pieces modeled across 3+ years: custom orders, brand collections, and B2B jewelry projects. My workflow is built around casting feasibility from the first sketch — prong geometry, wall tolerances, stone seat angles, and micro-casting constraints are part of my modeling process, not an afterthought.
WHAT I DELIVER:
· Production-ready STL and 3DM files for castable resin 3D printing and lost-wax casting
· CAD modeling in Rhino + MatrixGold — rings, pendants, earrings, necklaces, multi-stone pieces
· 4K photorealistic renders in KeyShot and Blender Cycles
· Turntable animations for client approval, e-commerce, and marketing
· Technical drawings and manufacturing specs for workshop execution
· Organic and sculptural forms in ZBrush integrated with production CAD
TRACK RECORD:
· 1,298 models at Lugh Jewelry (Bogotá) — 50 pieces/month average over 2 years
· 200+ freelance projects completed — 80% with full 4K render + turntable package
· Zero casting failures attributable to my CAD files
BACKGROUND:
BSc Industrial Engineering (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana) + 3 years hands-on jewelry workshop experience + full CAD/production chain. I understand the business side of custom jewelry as well as the technical side.
