Engineer JON KHAN LTD, ALAGBAKA, AKURE, ONDO STATE · Part-time Dec 2019 – Nov 2020 11 mos Nigeria Renovation of an event hall in Archbishop vining college of Theology Akure, Ondo state, Nigeria
i. As the Site Engineer for the renovation project, I conducted site
inspections and supervised the entire renovation process,
overseeing tasks from the erection of columns to roofing. I also ensured
compliance with construction standards.
ii) I designed the structural/construction drawings and I addressed on-site challenges promptly and efficiently. I
collaborated with the project team to maintain timelines and budget
constraints.
iii)I contributed my expertise to optimize construction efficiency,
resulting in the successful completion of the renovation project
Consultant engineer AAP& PARTNERS ( Consulting Civil engineers, ijapo, Akure, ondo state, Nigeria · Part-time Jun 2015 – Dec 2015 6 mos Nigeria i. Site inspection and supervision of the female undergraduate
hostel in FUTA, Ondo state, Nigeria. As a site engineer, I conducted
comprehensive site inspections and supervised construction
activities
from foundation laying to superstructure level(concrete work).
ii) I designed the structural drawings used for the project. I attended site meetings, site surveys and investigations.
I ensured seamless communication between stakeholders. I also monitored the progress of work, resolved on-site challenges to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
iii) I collaborated with the project team to optimize efficiency and
deliver a successful, high-quality construction project

Federal University of Technology Akure B.Eng, Civil engineering, Second class lower 2011 – 2016 Activities and Societies: EDITORIAL CDS|NYSC |FRSC CLUB|SECRETARY GENERAL As a Secretary General of the Road Safety Club during my
Community Development Service (CDS) in Edo State, I
orchestrated bi-weekly general meetings for an 8-member team. I coordinated and documented discussions, action plans, and decisions.
ii) I led the team on a visit to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC)
office in Edo state, facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Other experience

architectural design of a 3 storey building I designed 3 floor plans of a 3 storey building. I worked on the elevations, sections, construction drawings and the renderings. The building is an apartment that consists of living room, dining room, bedroom, study room, music studio and many other functional spaces.
