• Negotiated with USANA a five-star Utah based nutritional company for the production of informational product videos for
expo, ML distribution and sales.
• Produced and directed many How-to-videos, including two of which I hosted.
• Developed and received utility patents for adjustable mandrel, for wood-working lath. Received four design patents for Biz-
Card, a CD-ROM the size of a standard business card that can hold catalogues, multi-media presentations, and product
specifications for distribution at trade shows.
• Developed a Consumer Rights Advocate program, specializing in the protection of consumers and their rights. Worked with
Crag Carmon Attorney and formal Chief Executive Officer for IRS Washington DC. under the Nixon administration, processed
IRS offering and compromises, worked in the real-estate arena helping companies in the processing mortgages. 1994 - 2001
• Negotiated and signed contracts with Boeing Company St. Louis, MO to develop and create five electronic Biz-Cards for Joint
Strike Fighter jets, plus the AWACS, and fighter jets such as the Boeing Super Hornet, the Boeing FA-18, the Boeing F-15E
Strike Eagle, and the Navy’s Tailhook Fighter Jet for US Armed and Navy Forces sales at demonstration events such as the
biggest Military show in the world the France Air Show. Media provided by Boeing.
• Signed contract with country western singer Willie Nelson, for development and production of electronic Biz-Cards in
cooperation with Sony Corporation, the US Navy Blue Angels, and Willie Nelson. Was sold and given out at air shows.
• Signed four hundred-thousand-dollar advertising contract between the Audubon Society Magazine and a company call Bird
Cinema in which we created and produced content for.
• Created and developed digital sports broadcasting platform for potential worldwide distribution of sporting events for high
school and university non-club teams etc. Raised capital, hired staff, oversaw IT infrastructure buildout, signed advertisers,
and negotiated contracts with schools and universities.
• Oversaw budget of $2.5M for initial company launch.
• Hired and managed programmers to fine-tune cutting edge digital broadcasting technologies.
• Negotiated successful ad buys from local business owners in rural towns. (Example: $8K from advertisers for a high school
basketball game in Delta, UT [population: 3,500]).
• Secured press coverage from local, national and university media outlets to raise company profile example...covered media
interviewees for the (Mountain Dew,) The Dew Tour biking and skateboard event held annually in Salt Lake City for three
seasons, along with many other sport events.
• Drove Production Truck fourteen-wheeler Tractor Trailer rig, five years’ seasonal experience trade shows as needed. CDL

Documented and standardized production processes and procedures as part of a change initiative to ensure synergy between departments and facilitate accurate sales pitches. Developed KPIs and reporting dashboards to improve client retention. Improved cross-functional, interdepartmental cooperation through clear delineation of roles and responsibilities. Created over 60 refrigerated case designs for the displaying of fresh and live seafood. Created one of the best Water filtration and heat exchanger designs in the nation.
• Grew company from $100K to $6.2 Million in 3 years by securing manufacturing contracts to build refrigerated displays units
for international companies such as Friederick, Hussmann, Costan, Criosbanc, Nax, Kysor-Warren, Hill, and Tyler.
• Sold equipment to major grocery store chains, such as Walmart, Albertsons, Safeway, Target, Publics, Skaggs AB, City
Markets, United States Arm Forces etc.
• Liaised with the Food and Drug Administration and the National Science Foundation to create safety guidelines and
regulations for mollusk and seafood life support systems/displays in grocery stores.
• Sold thousands of feet of cases over the course of 8 years. Provide press coverage.
• Worked extensively with fish and game wildlife departments (Arkansas, Colorado, Texas) to develop tanks and life support
systems for the preservation of endangered and hyperendemic species.
• Conceptualized and brought the concept of sub-cooling, still widely in use today, to the refrigeration industry, which
reduced the cost of cooling large, industrial freezers by 2-5%.
• Managed global sales and negotiated contracts with chains in the Middle East, Asia, Canada, and Europe.
