• BIM Engineer Ventosus Kft. · Full-time Feb 2022 – Present 4 yrs 3 mos Szeged, Hungary At Ventosus Kft., I worked as a BIM Modeler specializing in HVAC and MEP systems within Autodesk Revit. My responsibilities included 3D BIM modeling and coordination for industrial facilities, residential buildings, heating centres, and specialized systems such as cleanroom environments.
  
  I was involved in processing IFC models, performing clash detection, and coordinating multidisciplinary models to ensure consistency and constructability. On several projects, I worked under strict BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and structured parameter/information requirements, ensuring high data quality and compliance with BIM standards.
  
  I also gained experience in point cloud–based modeling, particularly for existing heating centres and mechanical systems, where accurate reconstruction from scan data was required.
  
  Additionally, I developed Dynamo-based workflows to automate repetitive modeling and quantity takeoff tasks, improving efficiency, consistency, and data accuracy across projects.
  
  My focus has always been on delivering clean, well-structured, coordination-ready Revit models that meet project BIM standards and support downstream workflows.
