Wiped Film Evaporator, Tanks, Catch Ports as per latest codes and client's requirement with the use of PV
Elite.
. Perform Nozzle's Analysis with the use of Nozzle Pro.
. Check Drawings Prepared by Draftsmen as per PDS, MDS, P & ID and Mechanical Calculation &
Engineering Drawing along with Manufacturing Problems.
. Get approval of Mechanical calculations and Drawing from Sr Design Engineer & Manager.
. Submit the General arrangement &Fabrication Detail of pressure vessels, Heat Exchange, Tank, WFE,
Catch or Vacuum Port, Columns, Skid, Structure Drawing with other requireddocuments as per client's
requirement for approval
. Attend comments on calculations and drawings and resubmit it for approval.
. Turnkey project, Modular Desgin,skid Package, Wiped film Evaporator (WFE), Custom Reactor system &
U Stamp

approval.
. Attend comments on calculations and drawings and resubmit it for approval.

. Pressure vessels , EIL, Technip, IR, DR, KPCL, TOYO, IOCL, HPCL, Essar, CPCL, Reliance,

. Oil & E-Oil Mill & Refinery, Solvent Extraction Plants, B.S.S Unit.
