Zutari was engaged for the feasibility study and planning stages to provide cost benefit analysis, plant layouts and capacities, estimates, and concept layouts. During the design stages, Zutari provided detailed services, capacity calculations, and detailed designs. Responsible for electrical and electronic services.
  
  3. Proposed Scania service center for Scania East Africa Ltd, Kenya, Nairobi. (Complete)
  This project was a pilot project being undertaken in Nairobi, which involved the construction of a 2,500 m² warehouse to service vehicles. The center has service pits sunk into the ground to ensure adequate access to the underside of all vehicles. Sundry buildings around the site included a guardhouse, wash bay, and environmental station. Zutari provided all engineering disciplines, as well as quantity surveying and architectural services using sub-consultants.
