  • HVAC Design: I excel at calculating the precise cooling capacity buildings need, then crafting detailed design drawings and shop drawings. I make sure all the sections, legends, and layouts are spot-on, always coordinating closely with architectural plans for a seamless fit. On top of that, I handle all the quantity surveys and build out the full Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and complete design documents.
  • Firefighting Design: I'm skilled in designing and drawing advanced sprinkler systems, getting into the nitty-gritty of fitting details. I then translate these designs into Excel files for incredibly precise fabrication, guaranteeing that materials—right down to the exact number and type of fittings, and pipe lengths—are perfectly prepared. This means zero waste when they hit the installation site.
  • Duct Fabrication: I've successfully led a team, initiating fabrication drawings for, spiral duct and fittings and generating a detailed cut list file. Subsequently, using the Cut Expert application, I incorporate all fittings and their specifications, transforming this data into plasma machine code.
