  • Collaborator — PrusaLab (3D Printing R&D) Prusa Research · Freelance Aug 2025 – Present 6 mos Prague, Prague, Czechia Invited by PrusaLab to design a jewellery piece for them; commissioned collaboration.

    Designed and produced a sterling silver pendant plus a custom design/collector box.

    Full pipeline: concept → Rhino CAD (incl. SubD) → SLA/FDM prototyping at PrusaLab → casting & finishing; approval KeyShot renders.

    Printability & DFM: wall-thickness vs. strength tuning, orientation/support strategy, tolerance notes.

    Handoff from CAD to assembly; shared guidelines to reduce print failures and polishing time.

    Recent project; collaboration continues with further joint work planned in 2026.
  • Instructor — Rhino Jewellery (12-lesson course) LABA - SKVOT · Freelance Feb 2025 – Present 1 yrs Prague, Prague, Czechia Designed & taught a 12-lesson beginner course “3D Jewellery Modeling in Rhinoceros 8.” Live online + final in-person print session.

    Curriculum: Rhino 8 fundamentals → curves/surfaces (Loft/Sweep/Extrude) → NURBS tools (Rebuild/Blend/NetworkSrf) → solids (Booleans, Shell, Fillet).

    Ornaments & textures (FlowAlongSrf, Project, Arrays) and stone settings: bezel, prong/claw, channel, pavé layouts; halo ring exercise.

    SubD organic modeling + combining SubD/NURBS; practical checks for watertight geometry and casting.

    Print prep: export STL/OBJ, model analysis, Chitubox slicing; renders in Rhino + KeyShot 11. Final SLA print of the student’s piece.

    Student outcomes: production-ready CAD basics, seats for stones, clean STL, and a finished 3D-printed prototype for portfolio
