About
I am a Mechanical Engineering professional completing my degree at NUST with a strong focus on mechanical design, FEA, and CFD. I am highly proficient in SolidWorks and ANSYS. My hands-on experience includes working as the sole hardware design engineer for an AI-enabled wearable device at VisionRD, where I optimized ergonomics and hardware performance for factory settings. I am also currently developing "AmphiGlide," a biomimetic amphibious robot that is in the design patent process, and I was part of the 1st place winning team at the university level for the Electric Human Powered Vehicle Challenge. I am detail-oriented and ready to deliver precise, high-quality engineering and simulation solutions.

I led the complete hardware design and integration of an AI-enabled wearable device for automated supervision in industrial assembly, advancing the project from initial concept to a deployment-ready prototype. To ensure reliability, I conducted finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate the mechanical durability and fracture resistance of the device's stretchable components under repetitive deformation cycles. My primary focus was on optimizing the ergonomics, aesthetics, and overall hardware performance for demanding factory settings. This hardware design directly contributed to securing a contract with HAVAL Automotive, where the device is currently in active use on their assembly line. Paired with its integrated AI algorithm, the wearable successfully achieved a 50% reduction in assembly time and significantly improved manufacturing efficiency.

During my time at NCRA, I successfully reverse-engineered a field seeder machine through meticulous dimensional analysis, translating a physical prototype into a comprehensive SolidWorks CAD model. Additionally, I redesigned the complex joint geometry of a bionic hand and executed a full design-to-test cycle, significantly optimizing the device's grip functionality and improving its overall range of motion.
