  1. A feasibility study new project base on customer request
  2. Preparing breakdown process detail and Estimate cost calculation
  3. Prepared high efficiency Progressive or manual die layout.
  4. Arrange tooling layout breakdown, According customer approval which includes :
  - Determine the layout tool making
  - Determine the type of process
  - Determine the required machine tonnage
  - Tooling Design Review
  - Make the proposed changes in product design to customers when found difficulty in the
  Process of making tools if necessary
  -Discuss with the customer about design of tools that will be made that meets the desired
  requirements of customers which include specifications of dimension and tolerances
  -Arrange detail schedule for the manufacture of tool in accordance with customer demand. 5. Providing detail drawing for manufacturing in the workshop which Includes :
  - Assembly drawing tool
  - Bill of materials
  - Detailed working drawings of the parts
  - Prepared CAD data
