Frank M.

BIM Specialist focused on bridging the gap between design and construction. Experienced in transforming engineering and architectural design information into detailed, coordinated, and construction-ready BIM models and technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.

My experience includes BIM modeling and drafting across MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines. For mechanical and plumbing systems, my role focuses on accurately modeling and documenting designs provided by engineers, developing coordinated layouts, construction drawings, and detailed BIM information for site execution.

I also provide technical support to site and engineering teams through multidisciplinary coordination, constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, drawing updates, and the adaptation of project documentation to actual site conditions.

My multidisciplinary background allows me to understand how MEP, architectural, and structural systems interact, helping identify coordination issues and turn design information into clear, practical, and buildable documentation.
