I'm a freelance arcitecthural drafter specializing in kitchen and bath design but familiar with all aspects of residential design and drafting. I direct most of my efforts toward volunteering as a CADdrafter for a non-profit organization on public building projects that use residential construction. My current secular experience is in kitchen and bath remodeling according the NKBA'S (National Kitchen and Bath Association's) standards. I'm a Grand Champion Winner of the 2005 NKBA Indiana Student Design Competition. I'm in the process of gaining my AKBD accreditation with the NKBA.

Our team specializes in the design and creation of 2D construction plans (Plan and Profile) including piping design and placement for city permit approval. We are experienced in the design criteria and ROW construction requirements both Aerial and Underground for each city in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex as well as TX Department of Transportation (TXDOT). Started as Junior designer in 2006 with local architectural design firm in Marina area in San Francisco. I work my way up became senior designer even though my study in interior design but due to the size of the firm, I was exposed and learned to know many aspect that relate to architecture side. With various project in Bay Area and abroad has exposed me to many outstanding design in commercial, cruise ship and luxury residential such as Aranui 3,4, and 5 cruise ships, Shanghai cultural center and others city center building. I also got an opportunity to come up with the concept design in Mercedez-Benz Unimog showroom in Mainland China. My passion is in residential design because I believe a house is a home for the one who love to live and grow as well share memories in there so it's personal, functional and memorable.
