I provide mechanical CAD design and additive manufacturing support for engineers, product developers, and manufacturers who need reliable, production-ready models—not conceptual sketches. My work focuses on functional parts, mechanical assemblies, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) for additive processes. I regularly support clients with prototyping, test-fit iterations, and preparation of models for small-batch production or vendor handoff. Unlike generalist CAD freelancers, my background includes hands-on manufacturing, print validation, and QA inspection, which allows me to design parts that account for real-world constraints such as tolerances, fasteners, material behavior, and assembly requirements.
