I am an inquisitive, self-learning student currently gaining hands-on experience while finishing my college education. Currently, I am working towards a BS in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Mechanical Systems at California Baptist University. Outside of school, I am heavily involved in the collegiate design competition Formula SAE where I lead a team of six engineering students in designing, fabricating, and validating the chassis and ergonomic systems of Cal Baptist Racings' sixth competing internal combustion racecar. In the past, I have worked in a variety of roles in multiple fields, including electrical, warehouse, and student life, where I have gained experience in teamwork and the execution of engineering solutions. My plan for the future is to continue gaining engineering experience through Formula SAE, summer internships, and scholastic projects.

I have over 30 years experience in architectural drafting and construction. Started by working construction during high school summer breaks and gradually took on drafting projects. I have owned and operated a design-build company where we designed, drew and subsequently built our own projects. Most were high-end room additions and home remodels for million dollar plus homes in Orange County, but we took on any project which seemed interesting. Presently I work with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and homeowners providing construction documents for all types of projects from large hospitality projects to room additions and flips.

I’m an Engineering CAD Technician living in Southern California. I Design and create visual content. While working as a consultant for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, I specialized in electrical drawings for various projects in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas. I have also had the opportunity to work for Southern California Edison where I focused mainly on CAD/GIS projects. At Parsons Corporations I was able to work in Civil Design. My career has afforded me the opportunity to work in both the private and public sectors and has given me a vast knowledge in all areas of Engineering and CADD/GIS. Currently I work for Metropolitan Water District of Southern California as a Sr. Designer. There, I provide drafting/design support to major projects by creating and updating various MicroStation CAD drawings/3D models.
