Develop through continuing education and training a thorough understanding of the areas of I&E Design, including basic knowledge of UL Industrial Control Panel fabrication standards for non-hazardous (UL 508A) and hazardous locations (UL 1203, 698A). Assist in conducting field audits and investigations of customer facilities and manufacturing plants. I try to identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. Comply with company standard policies and procedures. Started working with CAD back in late 2010 at a fire alarm in Dallas Tx. There I re-drew the building layout from engineered drawings and designed fire alarm systems from a simple finish out to a complete install. I then started drafting for a family owned engineering company in Tulsa Ok. The company works in the gas and oil industry which as familiarized me in p&id's, panel layouts, instrumentations, as well as mechanical piping. I believe I have the skills to draft anything from scratch given dimensions and or specific details. I enjoy learning new things and the challenge to complete projects to the best of my abilities.
