My main focus is residential construction, and light commercial. I have 14+ yrs. as a framing, and trim carpenter, and 5 yrs. experience using various CAD programs. I've built and remodeled many structures both physically & digitally. Whether it's needing a floor plan for the local building inspector, a 3D model to help visually, or full blown rendering for presentation needs I can help. I primarily use Chief Architect, and Chief Architect Home Designer Professional design software.

I have been drafting with AutoCAD since 2010. I have worked on a variety of projects from Structural steel & piping systems for industrial projects, residential floor plans for new home builds or renovations. I have been working in Revit since 2021 to design floor plans for residential homes & small building projects.
