I am highly proficient in using Sketchup Pro and Layout, as well as AutoCAD to produce construction and design documents. My experience pertains to producing design drawings for residential and light commercial projects, and for all phases including Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. I maintain my title as Certified Professional Building Designer with the National Council of Building Designer Certification, Which requires at least 6 years of Drafting Experience to qualify to take the exam.
