I have been using AutoCAD in general since 2002. My Solidworks experience is with Sheet Metal Parts and other mechanical parts and assemblies. I have been using SolidWorks since 2002 as well, with a majority of my work being done over the past 6 years. I am constantly working with both SolidWorks (2016) and AutoCAD (2014) currently. I have been working as a Freelancer for the past year and a half and I have found I am overall more productive than when I was chained to a desk. I have been involved with projects that ranged in size from a few hours worth of work through multi-month long projects. I am also very verse in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Project) and can develop reports to accompany parts or other tasks within the suite. I was a high honor student thru school with a high interest in computers, I went to school for computer networking and telecommunications in which I made Dean's List most semesters. I eventually at the age of 21 (2001) was offered work with a Structural Engineer as a Structural Steel Detailer and have been at the same job ever since.
