I provide HVAC and plumbing design, Revit modeling, Civil 3D and AutoCAD drafting, and mechanical design using SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor. My services also include professional blueprint and plan production, bills of materials (BOMs), detailed fabrication drawings, exploded views, construction documentation, and design revisions. Services are provided for design and drafting purposes and do not include professional engineering sign-and-seal services. I have experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for educational facilities, as well as a strong background in civil and mechanical drafting.
